the triple bacon burger was good, not great!Certainly not worth $1620 combo upsized to a poutine.Order# 109 7:36pmthe fries were small potatoes pieces scrapped up from the 4 corners of the drip tray.Poutine...4 pieces of curds with covered with powdered gravy.If you are ever in Charlottetown, go to Boom Burger...sit & watch how a real restaurant operates! yes I live in this area.
This place was really good but fell short in a couple of places. The staff was great. Offered to let me taste a sauce to make sure I like it. ....loved the Thai Aioli sauce. I got the sweet Thai chicken burger. The bin and toppings were great. The chicken was majorly lacking. See the pictures I posted. The chicken "breast" didn't even cover half of my bun as well was super thin. That was the down fall of my meal. The fries were over cooked for my liking but not a deal breaker. I would love to get the chicken burger again if the chicken was present. I don't eat other meat so my choices are limited. My husband absolutely loved his burger. It was the Ruben grilled cheese burger. His was huge and filling. Completely opposite of mine. He's super excited to go back. I will definitely give it another try but only one more chance to wow me.
Today I came in at a little after 2pm. Off time so it wasnt very busy. I ordered 2 small burritos for myself and my boyfriend. After standing at the counter where you would put your toppings on for close to 10 minutesy partner went back to the cash and ordered 2 Budweisers and were told they would come to the table. Then someone finally came to start making our burritos. No apology for the wait. She wasnt friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience that she had to do her job and make our food. After the toppings were in she folded my boyfriends burrito so poorly and with many tries. And then gave it to him without a plate. When it came to mine she decided to ask her co worker why folding wasnt working. She was told the right way to do it but didnt correct herself and I got a very messy burrito with toppings lost from her folding tries. Both of them were a mess and falling apart. And at our table we were not brought the beers! So my boyfriend went back up to get them. Turns out they only had one Budweiser. Did the other sell during the time we waited? He got a different type that he didnt like and we ate our messy meal. So much potential to be a great place! Just needs better and more caring workers.
Good healthy food at very reasonable prices
Completely disgusting to see a manager coming out while it was busy, not washing her hands and just helped herself to tacos and dumped her hands, not wearing gloves or anything, in cheese . Absolutely disgusting. Never coming back again now knowing that she probably touched all food
