Ok place to stay. The bedding and rooms are very clean. The flooring however needs updating. The bathroom tiles were cracking under my feet! The view out the window was incredible, just endless forests! Amazing if you are from Ontario or the city etc . We weren't used to seeing this. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and it is a convenient location. The pool is 1 star. It is disgusting as hell. Cloudy and stinking like urine. Time to do something about it...we stayed last year and it was the same disgusting conditions. Only one elevator in this place and it is slow. Overall the price is right and it's not too bad if you arent planning on swimming.
Rooms clean and spacious. Bathroom very nice. Staff accommodating. Elevator did not sound good, continental breakfast a bit limited. Would recommend for overnight stay!
We stayed during an evacuation. The room was well kept. But I needed a handicapped accessible room none were available. I found the beds were to high to get into, the bathtub sides to high to put legs over and the toilet way to low even for the average person. The breakfast was adequate. But the restaurant would be better if it was a normal restaurant not achinese.The staff was very helpful and assisted me with what ever I need.
Very happy with this hotel it was a great fun the only complaint I had was the accessible bathroom had a low toilet and for accessibility it was too low maintenance guy said that was because some people need it low well I prefer the right height ones
Fit the bill. Stayed in the king suite. Bed was comfortable enough. Continental breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Lounging chair in our room had a broken leg. Pool towels weren't well stocked. Overall it was good enough but nothing spectacular.
